Refund Policy

Apna Aura accepts refund or exchange requests only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for size issues, minor color variations due to screen settings, or damage caused after use.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
